Mondays are normally my schooldays, but this week I'm free so it's a relaxing monday. To start my day off healthy I made myself this breakfast. It is a breakfast smoothie with a spelt cracker with cheese. Last week I bought myself a blender and that makes making smoothies a lot easier. Breakfast smoothie (for 2 people)
Ingredients
250 ml low-fat yogurt
2 bananas
honey
handful spelt flakes (or a granola cereal)
4 ice cubes
Supplies
Blender
Preparation
1. Cut the bananas into pieces
2. Put the yogurt, banana pieces, spelt flakes,1 tablespoon of honey
and ice cubes into the blender and blend it all together.
3. Bon appetit!
