Goodevening! Tonight a recipe of a delicious late night snack. You only need fruit and some other ingredients for the crumble. Today I used a mango, just because it's healthy, sweet and it was lying in my fridge:). For this recipe you can use all the fruit you like. You can combine fruit or just pick the one you like the most, that's your choice. Hope you like it & have a nice evening!
Fruit Crumble (this recipe is for 4 persons)
Ingredients
1 mango
75 gram flour
50 gram sugar
55 gram of butter (cut into little pieces)
honey
salt
Supplies
4 small baking dish (for in the oven)
2 bowls
Preparation
1. First you need to preheat the oven on 220 degrees
2. Now you need a little bit of the butter to grease the baking dishes
3. Pick a bowl and put the butter, the sugar, the flour and a little bit of salt in it. Mix these ingredients until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
4. Now you have to cut the mango into little pieces. Put this in the other bowl and put some honey on it
5. Divide the mango mixture into the 4 small baking dishes
6. Spoon the bread crumb mixture on top of the mango, make sure all the mango is covered with the crumb
7. Bake the fruit crumble in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Make sure that the crumble is gold brown
