Tonight a quick and delicious side dish. It are green beans with homemade hazelnuts butter. You can combine it with some rice or potatoes, that's all up to you. Hope you like it & have a nice evening!
Ingredients
20 grams hazelnuts
a little bit of fresh parsley
a little bit of fresh chive
25 gram butter
salt & pepper
500 gram fresh green beans
1 tablespoon lemon juice

frying pan
pan (for the beans)
2 bowls
Preparation
1. Chop the hazelnuts into little pieces and roast them in the frying pan until they are golden brown.
2. Wash and chop the parsley and chives into small pieces
3. Soften the butter and stir it in a bowl with the hazelnuts, parsley, chives, lemon juice, some salt and pepper into a creamy hazelnuts butter.
4. Clean the beans and cook them in a pan (with boiling water and some salt) for about 10 minutes.
5. At last put the beans in a bowl and stir the hazelnut butter gently thourgh it.
6. Bon appetit!
