Waffles

Yesterday I told you I was going to make waffles. From this process I made pictures, 
so you also have images next to the recipe. The only thing I can say is, enjoy cooking!

Ingredients:
9 oz of flour (250gram)
30 ml sugar (2 el)
15 ml baking powder (1 el)
a little bit salt 
3 eggs
13 fl oz milk (375 ml) 
60 ml unsalted butter (4 el)
5 ml vanilla essence (1 tl)
Supplies:
Waffle-Iron
3 bowls
Mixer with garden
A spoon

Preparation: 
1. Stir in a bowl the sugar, baking powder and salt into the flour.
2. Split the eggs.
3.In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with milk, melted butter and vanilla essence.
4. Then add the contents of the first bowl to this bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
5.Stir the egg whites until stiff and fold it into the mixture.
6. Know you can heat the waffle iron. When it is hot enough you can put the mixture in it and in a few minutes you have your own delicious waffles!
