Quiche

8.22.2013

This afternoon I have cooked a lovely dinner for tomorrow. Tomorrow it's my birthday:), I finally turn 21. My family and friends come by tomorrow to celebrate that. I'm looking forward to celebrate this with them. So to ensure that everyone has something to eat, I made all kinds of dishes. This is one of the dishes, a chicken quiche. If you want to make it yourself, below the recipe!

Ingredients:
9 oz chicken (250 gram)
5 1/2 oz grated cheese (150 gram)
1 cup crème fraiche
8 slices of puff pastry
 4 eggs
1 leek
1 red paprika
1/2 courgette

Supplies:
1 baking tin

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Defrost the puff pastry sheets
3. Put the eggs and créme fraiche in to a bowl and stir this together (so it becomes a egg mixture)
4. Put a little bit salt, pepper and nutmeg to this mixture.
5. Cover the baking tin with the puff pastry
6. Then sprinkle the grated cheese on the puff pastry
7. Put the baking tin in the fridge
8. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry them in a pan
9. Cut the courgette, leek and paprika into pieces and put it into the pan with the chicken
10. Divide the chicken mixture into the baking tin
11. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken in the baking tin
12. Bake for about 55 minutes in the middle of the oven.
13. Bon appetit!

With Love,
Sabre
